David A. Makofka, Esquire , has been in private practice since his admittance to the Florida Bar in August, 1998. Mr. Makofka has defended cases of embezzlement, wire and mail fraud, drug smuggling, conspiracies, and other serious crimes. He is a C.J.A. Panel Attorney appointed by Federal District Judges to represent defendants in federal criminal cases. His practice handles both civil and criminal matters. He also handles divorce, legal separations, paternity cases, adoptions, child custody, child support, dependency court, injunction court, civil litigation, disputes between parties, injuries, auto accident cases, and contract disputes. Mr. Makofka is a member of the Florida Bar Association and a licensed attorney practicing in the United States District Court for the middle District of Florida as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
