Aaron Makofka is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and the Federal Middle District for the State of Florida. He handles all family law related issues, including but not limited to divorces, child custody disputes, child support, alimony, property distributions, complex jurisdictional matters, and domestic violence injunctions. He also handles criminal law matters in both state and federal courts. Aside from family and criminal law issues, Mr. Makofka represents clients in civil matters pertaining to car accidents, personal injuries, disputes between parties, and appeals.
Mr. Makofka was born in Jacksonville, FL, and after completing his education, chose to return to practice law with Makofka & Makofka. He takes a personal interest in his client's cases and understands how important your case may be to you. Mr. Makofka believes that an informed client is more likely to achieve the results they are expecting. Because of this philosophy, Mr. Makofka takes the time to explain the applicable law to each of his clients so that they may make educated decisions regarding their futures.
He received his education from Florida State University, graduating from the College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and from the College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.
